THE ASSOCIATION

The IRHA Italian Reining Horse Association is a non profit Organization formed in Parma on the 27th of September 2002 by a group of reining enthusiasts supporters of the discipline in Italy.  The founding members, mainly breeders and professional trainers, are:  Eleuterio Arcese, Severino Angelucci, Franco Colletti, Roberto Cuoghi, Rodolfo Dones, Mario Erbetta, Marco Manzi, Antonio Mastrangelo, Pierre Ouellet, Adelchi Pontisso, Mauro Rigamonti, Claudio Risso e Mario Sbrana.

The aim of the Association is that of the promotion and diffusion of equestrian sports, in particular Reining, through all those initiatives which can further contribute to the improvement, valorization, diffusion of horses, with particular interest to Reining horses, by following the selection and training methods of the same.
